I can rent also the whole flat for the same period with the price of £1600 monthly + bills + deposit.

The deposit can be used in advance, for the last month of rent. Before to move to another house.

For only 1 person. Not kids, not pets. .

Available just for professional/worker person.

We have around the block at 5 minutes walking distance: bus, tram, train, market, to all directions of London.

Dozens of shops.

The rental offer is valid only for hard worker person, obligatory to confirm with payslips / employment contract.

I will repeat, because people still send me msg to ask me if are available for couple. Not!

This is not a party house.

I do not accept people who smokes.

Sorry, I love pets but is not allowed access with pets in any part of the flat.
