We’re a friendly, professional couple looking for an easy-going and considerate flatmate to share our lovely top-floor flat.

The property is set in a quiet , well-kept area of Croydon, offering a perfect balance of calm surroundings and great connectivity. East Croydon station is just a 15–20 minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop conveniently located right around the corner.

The available room is bright and comfortable, currently furnished with a double bed, though we’re happy to swap it for a single if you’d prefer a bit more space.

To keep things easy and enjoyable, a cleaner comes in every two weeks to take care of the communal areas—so you can spend more time relaxing and less time worrying about chores.

As an added bonus, you’ll also have access to on-site amenities including a mini gym, sauna, and communal swimming pool—perfect for unwinding after a long day.
