I have a beautiful large double room in a house in Croydon University Hospital area, available for a female or male ( gays friendly home). 

THE ROOM:

The room is large and fully furnished with a comfortable double mattress/bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a TV. The floor is laminated, and the room has big windows which have blackout blinds on them, as well as thinner curtains. You will have a bathroom which is practically your own - it will only be utilised by you and another tenant, as the house has other bathrooms.

THE HOUSE:

The house is modern, clean, and spacious. It has three bedrooms and three and toilets, includes a washing machine, a lovely private garden, a big and fully-equipped kitchen.

Smoking is not allowed in the room (or anywhere inside the house).

THE AREA:

The house is located in an area in the borough of Croydon. It is a 15-minute walk from the west Croydon train 

station, which has frequent trains with connection to London Bridge and London Victoria, Reigate, and East Croydon, as well as Overground trains to Shoreditch, Dalston, Canada Water, Norwood junction etc.  Nine minutes walking to Croydon University Hospital, and 9 minutes walking to Ampere Way tram stop. There are bus stops 30 seconds-2 minutes from the house, with excellent transport links to East/West Croydon, Crystal Palace, Brixton,  Sydenham, Totting station,  Mitcham, St George's hospital, Purley train station,  Waddon station, Addiscombe tram stop, Elmers End, Purley Hospital,  Whitgift centre,  Thornton Heat,  etc

There are small shops just outside the house, off licences, takeaways food,  five minutes away from big shopping area with a big Sainsbury's, an Iceland, Ikea, Vue Cinema, TK Max and many other shops, is a five-minute bus ride away or 10/15 minutes walking.  

- Rent is £ 850 per month, (for one person) with ALL bills included. (Fiber optic super fast  wifi, too!)

-Deposit £850

- One month's rent + one month's deposit to move in.
