Cute single room available for short lets!

I'm looking for a tidy *female* to rent out my spare room (single room). Open to short term lets, i. e. 1-3 months. The agreement will suggest 3 months, so we can discuss extending it.

Room consists of:
Drawers
Office table
Under bed storage

Short term lets considered only.

I have two easy-going indoor cats. Preferably looking for someone who is good with animals and doesn't mind occasionally pet-sitting :)

Parking is available within the residents car park (extra charge for permit).

I prefer to meet in person before agreeing to renting out the room.

Abit about me:
Work locally
Eat halal only (so prefer vegetarians or halal eaters)
Enjoy chilling and watching a series
Occasionally have family & friends visiting
