Single size bedroom available for a single, quiet working professional in a 3 bedroom terraced house.

We are looking for someone who needs a place to rest their head and spends most of their time outside of the house pursuing work and other personal interests.

- All housemates are working professionals and rarely at home.
- Live in landlords
- All bills included
- A minimum of 1 month deposit and 1 month rent up front is required.
- 4 months minimum stay required.
- Lodger agreement with house policies will be available to read and sign.

What you get:
- Virgin media fast broadband Wifi included
- smoking is permitted but only outside - not indoors.
- 1 bathroom & toilet on first floor and 1 toilet on ground floor.
- Cupboard and fridge/freezer space in the kitchen.
- Fully furnished room with Ottoman bed (extra storage under the bed, easy to acces), mattress, duvet, pillow, large double drawers, large single drawer, extention cable. Any other furniture requirements are negotiable.

- no guests
- considerate of others and minimal use of kitchen and bathroom.
- someone who wants somewhere comfortable to lay their head down.

- Bus stop is a 1 minute walk for a direct bus into croydon and to Thornton Heath.
- Tram link is a 5 minute walk from the house for a tram into Croydon.

Shops:
- Local shops and takeaways are located 5 minute walk from the property.
- Lidls is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the property.
- New Addington parade which includes a wide range of shops and amenities is located 5 minutes by tram from the property or 10 minutes by bus.
