Large double bedroom in beautiful house

Hi there,

I am looking for a flatmate to share a beautiful 3-bed house in Addiscombe. I am 39, work in East London and generally work from home twice a week. The only other flatmate is my cat Simba who is well behaved and gives great cuddles once he knows you.

Ideally you are also a professional female between 25-40years.


At the moment I am looking for a short term lodger up to 6months.
The bedroom is actually the largest in the house and can include all the furniture seen in the picture or can be rented without or partial furniture. The TV is also included. There is a shared bathroom, dining room, kitchen and large living room.
Appliances available:
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, high end coffee machine. All the furniture is my own and not from the landlord. Unfortunately due to their mortgage I am the only one on the lease.

In return I will include all the bills, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Addiscombe is beautiful and has a little park just on top of our road and LLoyds park is about 20 mins walk away. The main road includes all amenities from cute coffee shops, a butcher, bakery, Sainsbury's Co-op, Kfc and more. It's a real village feel and the bus stop and tram are both 1-2 mins away that get you to Beckenham or all the way to Wimbledon.
There is free parking on the road as well if you have a car.

East Croydon is mins by tram or bus away which will get you into Victoria or London Bridge within 20 mins.
