This well-located single room is ideal for commuters travelling into central London or anyone needing easy access to Croydon town centre. Selhurst Station is an 8-minute walk away, while East Croydon Station is a 15-minute walk or a 10-minute bus journey, with frequent trains to London Bridge and Victoria. From the front door, you can reach London Bridge in under 30 minutes and Victoria in under 35 minutes.

The room is part of a lovely, welcoming home with a garden that you are more than welcome to enjoy.

We are a married Christian couple, both working full-time, and we are looking for a kind, considerate and tidy person seeking short-term accommodation for 6 months, with the potential to extend if it feels like a good fit for everyone.

We enjoy a lively sense of humour and spend our free time walking, travelling, visiting food markets, going to the theatre and playing board games. There is absolutely no expectation to socialise, but we also want you to feel comfortable and at home rather than confined to your room.
