Spacious room to rent central Croydon (bills inc.)

I’m looking for a clean and professional tenant to move into a spacious bedroom in a flat - located a 10 minute walk away from East and West Croydon stations.

We will be ‘live in landlords’, but my partner and I are based abroad and will stay in the other room (that is en-suite) only a few times of the year. So you have the added benefit of having the flat to yourself a lot of the time.

The flat is bright, airy and spacious and comes with a balcony that provides gorgeous views, and underground parking is available at an extra cost.

The available room has access to a private bathroom that you do not share with me. The property is also fully furnished and comes with all white goods already installed.
