The bathroom has plenty of room, along with plenty of internal storage space. There is sufficient space for a desk and chair in the bedroom if someone wants to add such furniture.

The kitchen has plenty of counter space including an electric induction hob for cooking. On site there is a 24 hour concierge service so deliveries etc. can be received here. The flat is on the second floor and there is a well landscaped private roof terrace on top of the building solely for the use of the block's tenants. There is also a reasonably sized balcony off the living room in the flat itself. Being a tenant in this development also allows one free access to the on-site gym which is arranged through the concierge team.

Council tax which is in Band E and will be paid by the tenants living in the flat. The landlord will manage the other bills which (based on fair usage) will be an additional cost per month. These utilities include gas, electric, broadband and water.

📍 Location: Saffron Square is located within easy walking distance of either East Croydon station which offers express services to Victoria (15 minutes), London Bridge (12 minutes) and Gatwick Airport (14 minutes), or West Croydon station that offers services to Central and North London, along with Canary Wharf. There is also a reliable tram network that conveniently links Saffron Square to Wimbledon and Beckenham Junction.
