The living room is also large and guests can also use this for relaxing and having their meals, watching TV ( has Netflix )and there is a garden adjacent.
We have a 3 piece bathroom upstairs along with a toilet rest room downstairs.
The 198 bus stop is less than 1 minute from our home and the run every 10 mins Monday-Friday, 15 mins on Saturday and 20 mins on Sunday. The journey to East Croydon is 15-20 minutes. Note, This area has a 5G signal mobile service.
The local food/ grocery shops, chemist, pub, café etc is only a 5 minute walk away.
