Looking for a lovely flatmate

Hi,

I'm Sophie I am 26 years old and work in Tech. I currently work between a mix of home and the office. My hobbies include strength training, swimming, travelling. I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I enjoy hosting people at my home, so would be lovely to have someone who enjoys dinner parties/games nights.


I'm looking for a female flatmate around a similar age. I hope to live with someone who is clean, pays the rent/bills on time and keeps noise to a minimum. I would like to have a flatmate who has there own hobbies etc but wouldn't mind sharing meals and doing the odd activity together. It would be nice to form a friendship but no pressure.

Flatmate requirements
- Clean
- No Smoking (this is not a Non-negotiable as I have asthma)
-You will need to have bills in your name (will be transferred from current flatmate)
- You will need to have a credit and employment check done by the agent.
- Also, You need to be earning annual salary over £34,000
- Room is unfurnished ( so you will need to bring your own bed etc)

Bills - These are the Monthly costs

Rent - £850
Council tax - £100
Gas/electric - £70
Internet- £17
Water bill - £40

FYI, only the rent and council tax are fixed costs. The others are an average. We recently got a smart meter so we can monitor exactly what we are using.
