Double room in stunning flat

Hello everyone,
I am searching for a new female single tenant due to my best friend moving abroad. We are leaving in a modern secured building just a second away from East Croydon station. The flat is fully furnished and have 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so bought of us have private bathroom. I am searching for person who loves cats because I have two gorgeous male cats. In the flat we don’t smoke and don’t wear shoes. I am full time employee working on shirts and my early shift is starting at 6 AM so no parties, no gatherings here. I am searching for a quiet and reasonable girl/woman to move in with me. I am a tenant as well and I was approved by the building owners after few checks. So to be approved you must be full time employee( references from your current employer),must have recommendations from your previous/current landlord, also must have right to live and work in UK. Our current rent is £1650 ( deposit will be asked in case of damage), we also pay council tax and bills which must be paid on 1st of each month with no delays!
