4-6 week let to settle in London

Rent my spacious room for 4-6 weeks in the heart of Croydon between 23rd May and 1st July - all bills included!

Croydon is a great base to explore London and see where you want to settle. East Croydon and West Croydon stations are within a mile offering train, bus, overground and tram.

You get to live with my lovely housemate Natalie, who works part from home and part in the office.

We have a sunny outdoor space for storage or relaxing.

We are looking for considerate and tidy people for the sublet. It's not a party place but a home.

Open to couples but this costs £250 a week to cover extra utility expenses.
