Double Room With Own Bathroom Av July In Croydon

Hi everyone!

My lovely flatmate is sadly moving abroad, so looking for a girl\non binary to take over her room in this homey two bedroom flat in Croydon, to be shared with only me; move in date would be in July!

Your room comes with a wardrobe and bed, and you will have your own bathroom with a bath, we’ll only share the kitchen, massive lounge area and the balcony.
The flat is located in a lovely residential area with lots of maintained communal spaces and private parking on site if needed.
East Croydon Station, Selhurst, Thornton Heath, and Norwood Junction Station are all within 10 mins drive or around 20 mins walk\bus depending on the station.
There is a hospital on one end of the road and a police station on the other, a Lidl and Tesco Express 13 mins walk away and lots of lovely takeaways all around.
The Superloop bus (runs mornings and evenings) can be taken at the end of the road, it goes straight to Waterloo and Russell Square for a cheap commute to and from central.

About me: I'm originally from Italy and have been in London for 13 years and I’m a freelancer in TV though currently working part time at a Dance School; I’m a social person, but also need my own space from time to time. I like baking, painting, going gym, travelling, going for drinks and making things, as much as just listening to music and scrolling on insta\tiktok!

Looking for:
LGBTQ+ accepting, someone tidy and clean (of course ahah), with good communication, considerate of others and independent.
Would love to have someone that doesn’t mind having dinner or watching a film together, but also understands giving others their space and being comfortable on their own. Best way to put it is a friend with flatmate boundaries! I love occasionally having friends over for dinners and drinks, so I ofc don’t mind if you do too, but this probably won’t be a party flat!

Rent is £650 a month + bills approx £150 a month, no couples and unfortunately no pets!
