The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living room and an outdoor balcony. Everything is fully furnished.
I also recently got a puppy, so dog lovers are preferred! 🐶💛

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is independent but also happy to chill together—movie nights, chats, a drink, whatever feels home!
Over the past 10 years in London, I’ve built lovely friendships with previous flatmates, and I’d love to continue that vibe.

Guests and partners are totally fine to discuss! My partner lives locally and visits often too, my family lives in Italy and comes and visit so happy for you to have the same with respect for each other!
