Female flatmate with en-suite room

Hi All. Sadly my friend and flatmate is moving out in late August (date TBD) to follow a new career path, so I’m looking for a new flatmate.

It’s a 11th floor flat in Croydon, one of the new built for renters buildings. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, your room has the ensuite. It’s a really decent sized room tonnes of storage including built in wardrobe, under bed and a closet in the hallway purely for you. Theres balcony and a fantastic open plan kitchen/living area and includes a dishwasher, big fridge and tonnes of cupboard space. Rent is £1008 a month and with bills monthly it is about £1220 (can vary based on time of year but I don’t think it’s ever been more than that). Deposit £960.

Really easy access to central London, takes about 30mins to London Bridge including the walk to the station. There are also direct trains to Victoria as well as the tram to Wimbledon. There are also plenty of gyms loca, easy access to shops and some pubs nearby

About me, I’m 28, work for one of the big 4. I’m fairly chill, a bit nerdy, I’d rather a quiet night in with a G&T and talking rubbish that a night out. I work from home 3-4 times a week and prefer to work at the dining table to be honest as there is more space - but there’s more than enough room for two of us to if you wfh and I’m happy to go in my room for calls!

I’m looking for someone who is chill to live with, enjoys chatting, is tidy and respectful (I don’t expect anywhere to look like a show home though). I want this place to feel comfortable and homely so looking for someone who feels the same. I’m looking to do viewing in early July, and would want to meet and for you to come see the flat before anything was agreed. You will also have to go through referencing checks etc too from building management.
