Double room for short let .
Very quiet flat.
All bills included .
All shops are just outside the doorstep , also pubs and restaurants.
Transport is also 12 min from east and
5min west croydon all trams and buses are just few meters away .
It's only short term let . Preferably female ,but will consider male occupants . Also professionals preferred please , can consider students. Some consideration to pets ,cat should be okey . unforchenately dogs are not permitted by the landlord due noise issues .
