The dining room has views to the garden. There is on-street parking, which can be challenging, so please let me know if parking is a concern for you.

The monthly rent for the room is £800 for the master and £700 for the double, which covers all the bills and council tax.

Kindly note that these rooms are suitable for single occupancy only, in adherence to licensing requirements. Couples can be considered.
