We have existing contract, we need a roommate

My friend and I are second-year undergraduate students from King's College London. We have an existing contract for a 3b house in a modern-style apartment called Ten Degrees Croydon.

There are only two of us on the lease so far since our previous roommate left. The available room contains a queen-sized bed with a spacious wardrobe. You will have to share a bathroom with a bathtub with one of us since the master bedroom is an en-suite.

We're both super friendly and welcoming. I am ethnically Chinese and my friend is ethnically Indian, we both studied in Singapore for our secondary education.
