I am look for 1 or 2 female to rent a double room

I am a 28 year old female renting a 2 bedroom apartment. I have a spare 1 double bedroom to rent for 1 more female or 2 female friends. I have 2 single beds inside the double bedroom so 2 female friends or for 1 female it is also fine. For 2 female friends monthly price is £500 each or £700 for 1 female alone in one double room. Price is nagiotable, so please contact me to discuss the price. The flat is big, I have balcony and wifi, washing mashine and fully furbished new apartment. All bills included in the rent. Thank you
