King bedroom (ensuite) in Croydon *bills included*

This is a flat share with a live in landlord (me!). You would have your own bedroom (king sized bed - comes fully furnished with a tv too!) and toilet (it's an en-suite). Access to living room, private garden, kitchen and small balcony. I work from home most days and go out almost every evening - looking for a student or working professional. Ideally non smoker.
