I am looking for a laid-back, respectful, tidy, tolerant and non-addicted [non-smoking and non-alcoholic] person to live in a nice, clean and renovated house.

I have a large, furnished [or unfurnished] double room for one person. Shared bathroom, which is fully furnished. The house has a bathroom with toilet and separate toilet, living room with dining room and garden with separate rooms. There is also parking. There are also plans for a gym. The nearest tram stop is a 5-minute walk and Wimbledon is 10/15. The house is inhabited by a family of 3 [and granny for another 2 months]. The price includes all bills. Price £800 per month. Deposit £400. The room is currently available.
