My friend and I are looking for housemates to fill two double bedrooms in a four bedroom house in Croydon. The rooms are coming available at the end of September.

The house has three floors and features a large reception room, a modern open-plan kitchen/diner, two shared modern bathrooms, utility room/mini kitchen, and an enclosed garden. The two available bedrooms are located on the upper and lower floors.

We are both professionals in our mid-twenties, working as 3D artists in the animation industry. We’re looking for housemates who are considerate, tidy and friendly.

The house is a 20-minute walk or 7-minute bus ride from East Croydon station, which has frequent direct trains to London Victoria, London Bridge and Gatwick Airport (all 15 mins), King’s Cross (30 mins), Brighton (55 mins) and more.
