We are looking for housemate to fill a double bedroom in a four bedroom house in Croydon. The room is coming available on March 6th.

The house has three floors and features a large reception room, a modern open-plan kitchen/diner, two shared modern bathrooms, utility room/mini kitchen, and an enclosed garden. The two available bedrooms are located on the upper and lower floors.

Current tenants are professionals in our twenties. We’re looking for a housemate who is considerate, tidy and friendly.

The house is a 20-minute walk or 7-minute bus ride from East Croydon station, which has frequent direct trains to London Victoria, London Bridge and Gatwick Airport (all 15 mins), King’s Cross (30 mins), Brighton (55 mins) and more.
