Single room in friendly house with dogs

Single room available in a 3 bed, end of terraced house in Croydon.

Myself and my husband live in the house with our two small and excitable dogs. It is important you are happy to live with dogs as they have access to the communal spaces, kitchen always and living room/dining area in the evenings. They are well behaved and love to cuddle and play.

The room contains a brand new small double ottoman bed, a wardrobe and desk space. The bathroom is shared, separate toilet. The downstairs is completely communal space, consisting of a large kitchen, large dining/living area and a long garden.

Bills are included, this includes energy, water, internet, council tax, streaming subscriptions on the main television. We also have a cleaner that comes in once a fortnight and a dog walker that comes in most days. Parking permit is not included and would have to be paid for separately through the council.

We are a 7 minute walk from Waddon station (23 mins to London bridge, 39 mins to London Victoria).
5 minute walk from wandle park tram stop which runs a tram to West and East Croydon stations. Frequent fast trains to London bridge/london Victoria/blackfriars/farringdon/city thameslink/kings cross/st pancras.
Wandle park tram stop also has direct tram to Wimbledon.
We have two bus routes at the end of our road and more available from purley way.
