Living room/area is not shared. House does not have a garden however parks are nearby.

Less than 10mins walk from East Croydon Station, on a residential road with parking options available via RingGo or council permit organised by home owners at additional annual cost if required.

Quiet area/road, a couple small pubs nearby, sainsbury and tesco express within walking distance. All major supermarket deliver for bulk food shop.

Homeowners are a heterosexual couple, working from home 3-4days a week between them.
