Looking for short term tennant - 3 months

A large double room that is the only room on the 2nd floor of a family home. Room comes with en-suite of toilet, sink and shower and is furnished with a Bed, bedside cabinets, desk, sofa, large chest of drawers and built in shelving for storage (Shelving in pictures will be cleared out for the tenant to use). Shared kitchen space with own seperate fridge and shared freezer space.

House has a driveway which the tenant can use for 1 car if needed. Transport links by bus to East Croydon Station in 10 to 15 minutes which then gives access to London Bridge and Victoria in 15 minutes or access to outside of London.

Looking for a professional, ideally female. Myself and my wife will be living here also. Willing to discuss rent rate if the proposed tenant doesn't need the room 7 days a week.
