The room is furnished except for chest of drawers.
House is just around 5 min walk to East Croydon ,which has fantastic connections to Central London ,Brighton and local areas via buses and trams.
All bills are included except for the water bill , which we split equally. It typicaly comes to around £20 per month, paid quarterly.
We have a modern kitchen with plenty of storage space, perfect for those who love to cook.
The bathroom is one the top floor and there is a convenient separate toilet with washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor.
Our garden is absolutely lovely and spacious . There is also a high quality gas BBQ available for use, perfect for sunny days.
