Group of 3 girls in our 20’s looking for a fourth housemate to fill our newly vacant room in East Croydon!

ABOUT THE HOUSE/ROOM:
We’ve been at this house for a year now and we love it a whole lot! It’s a two minute walk from East Croydon station with great links into Central London (direct trains to Victoria, London Bridge, etc.)
The room is on the second floor and has a funky ol’ roof but it’s a great size! The bed in the room can be purchased off of the current tenant for an extra £70 (it’s basically brand new and was £200 originally) - other than that, it will come unfurnished.
The house also has a spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a conservatory and a nice garden. You’ll share the main bathroom on the first floor with two other people — but there is a toilet on the ground floor too so it’s never really a hassle.
The total rent is £480PCM + bills. In total, it ranges from about £600-£650 dependent on bills which fluctuate depending on the time of year, but for the location it’s a very good price!
We can be quite a social household and we do enjoy being in the living room to watch a movie or play a game together, so we’d love for somebody that can join us for that! Definitely want another social housemate, but we also do enjoy down time alone so that’s obviously welcome too.
ABOUT THE CURRENT HOUSEMATES:
You’ll have 3 fellow housemates, all of us are in our 20s! Beth works for an energy company, Holly works front of house at a west end theatre, and Hollie works for a west end ticketing company. As made pretty obvious, we’re a very theatre loving household. We also love a bit of Taylor Swift and Harry Styles, so you’ll probably often hear them playing from the kitchen when we’re cooking/cleaning. We’re a generally very friendly bunch and we would love someone that’s around our age that we can be friends & not just housemates with!
OTHER DETAILS:
Prior to moving in, you will have to undergo a reference/credit check with the landlord which will have a fee of £20. There will also be a second viewing at which the landlord will be present to meet you too - he’s a lovely man and has been an absolutely wonderful landlord for the last year!
