Hello! I'm renting out one room in our 2-bed house in Aurelia Gardens, a quiet corner of Thornton Heath.

You'll be sharing a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and large garden with one other resident. There is also an off-road parking space in the front driveway and additional free parking on the street.

The room comes (optionally) fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, bookshelf, desk and 2 chests of drawers. (All or some of the furniture can be removed if preferred.) There is a small cupboard/wardrobe/storage space inset into the wall and a window overlooking the large garden.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Therapia Lane tram stop, and a 15-20 minute walk from Thornton Heath station.

Although smoking indoors is not allowed, the house is smoker-friendly.

The rent is £990pcm
