I am looking for someone to join me in my present flat in Central Croydon. The building has a 24/7 concierge and security, gym, lounge, and parking. The person moving in would take over the master bedroom with ensuite bath. There are unobstructed views of the horizon leading out to Heathrow.

My current lease ends on 3 December so the earliest move in date is 4 December. I am open to viewing weekdays after 5pm usually.

The rent is an estimate by the letting agency and is open to negotiation as this is a new tenancy. When moving in the flat will undergo an end of tenancy clean, necessary repairs, and a new contract. Specific details will be decided between us and the landlord.

The location is next to West Croydon Bus station, tram stop, and rail station and is an 8 minute walk to East Croydon. The location is 3 minutes to Croydon's high Street and Whitgift Centre.

I am a working professional, while studying part time. I am lively, sociable and tidy, and I respect boundaries and personal space.

Bills are not included but will be split 50/50 and are around £200-250 per month. It is council tax Band E. The place comes furnished. Some things pictured here are property of my flatmate moving out.

The building is also offering other excellent 2 bed flats, like one looking over central London for £1900 so if anyone is able and willing to join me for that, the apartments go quick!
