Looking for a lovely flatmate

I'm Joyce I am 26 years old. I currently work between a mix of home and the office. My hobbies include strength training, swimming, travelling. I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I enjoy hosting people at my home, so would be lovely to have someone who enjoys dinner parties/games nights.

I'm looking for a female flatmate around a similar age. I hope to live with someone who is clean, pays the rent/bills on time and keeps noise to a minimum. I would like to have a flatmate who has there own hobbies etc but wouldn't mind sharing meals and doing the odd activity together. It would be nice to form a friendship but no pressure.

Flatmate requirements
- Clean
- No Smoking (this is not a Non-negotiable as I have asthma)
- Room includes bed, chest of draws and Wardobe.
