A beautifully furnished double room is available in our newly refurbished, shoeless home. The room includes a double bed, black dressing table, television, TV stand and hanging rail, offering a comfortable and stylish space to relax.

The house has three bedrooms and is currently shared by two professional females. One of the ladies lives away from home 5 days a week, while the other works from home 3 days a week and goes to the office 2 days a week. We are clean, respectful and easy-going, and we are looking for someone with a similar mindset who values a peaceful, well-kept home.

Kitchen & Shared Spaces
The kitchen is fully equipped with a boiling water tap, air fryer, microwave, slow cooker, pots, plates and cutlery.
We share the cost of household cleaning items, laundry products and basic seasonings. Personal Food is not shared. One housemate is vegan and has her own fridge, plus we have a shared drinks fridge. We live like a household of sisters rather than housemates. We like our own spaces (especially when our cycles are syncing lol) but come together for movie nights, house bbqs, random group dinners etc.

Household Kitty
We maintain an online household kitty where each person contributes £20 monthly. This covers small repairs, replenishing shared items, occasional girls’ nights, summer BBQs and general household extras. We like to plan ahead rather than panic buy

Bills Included
Rent includes gas, electricity, water, WiFi and a monthly professional cleaner for communal areas (bedrooms can be cleaned by cleaners for an additional £20).

House Vibe
This is a clean, respectful and friendly home. We are hoping to find someone kind, considerate and tidy who would enjoy either building a genuine friendship or maintaining a respectful, easy-going living environment.

Rent & Terms
• £1000 pcm (all bills except council tax included)
• Rent due on the 28th of each month
• 2 months’ notice required
