Your only flatmate (with whom you will be sharing the kitchen and dining/living space) is a personable and professional male who works most days in the office in the City. The bedroom available contains a double bed, 2 bedside lockers and has a 3 door freestanding wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom itself has plenty of room, along with plenty of internal storage space. This bathroom will be for the person's sole use as the other tenant has an ensuite bedroom. The tenants are responsible for the council tax payments (band E) and there will be an additional charge for the other utilities which are in place including broadband.
