Spacious vast double room

I am Nagendra , existing tenant . I had to put this room on market as my ex roommate had to leave UK .

I am software professional with hybrid job of 2 days a week. I like to keep things simple, clean and expect the same from the roommate, I do enjoy some good interaction and chit chat once in a while.

The place is just 5 mins walk to south croydon station and is not too far from west croydon (12 min Bus) or east croydon (15 mins bus).
