Duncan and Hannah's Room for Rent in Beddington

We have our lovely single room available to rent. We live in a quiet part of Croydon on a residential street but close to the amenities of Purley Way and Croydon Town centre. We are also close to beautiful parks and the village feel of Wallington and Charlshalton close by.

Waddon station is 4 minute walk and has frequent trains into Victoria (40mins), London Bridge (20mins) and Epsom (20mins).

East Croydon Station is a short bus ride away, with buses running to the station every 10 mins from a bus stop close to our home.

We are a couple who are both professionals, our home is well looked after and a place we take great pride in keeping clean and tidy. We're outgoing and friendly but equally happy to let someone just get on with things without a conversation if preffered.

Smoking is more than fine in the garden. Kichen/bathroom accessible whenever. We have a front room that we'd like to keep private, but more than happy to put a TV in the bedroom if needed.

There is under bed storage, the small table can be replaced for small chest of drawers if preferred. I'm happy to wash the bedding weekly!

The only thing we ask if for someone who will be respectful of our home, tidy and hygienic.
