Modern apartment with great views of South London

I’m looking for a lodger for the spare room in my 2 bed, 2 bath modern apartment. The apartment is a new build based on the 15th floor with great views over South Croydon and has modern amenities, concierge service and access to a communal roof garden. It’s just a 12 min walk to East Croydon Station which has fast access into London (about 15 mins to Victoria or London Bridge).

The room is furnished with a king size bed and decent mattress and a partial walk in wardrobe with basic cupboards and drawers. The room also has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower plus you will have use of the main bathroom which has a large bath.

The flat is fully furnished and you’ll have use of the internet, tv, and all kitchen appliances.

There is also use of a secure parking space for an additional fee.

I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy and generally respectful and quiet around unsocial hours.

I myself am clean and tidy and will respect your privacy but am also happy to be social as well. I live between this flat and my boyfriends flat so you will have the flat to yourself from time to time.
