Friendly midlife flat share - double room & garden

Hi there! I have a double bedroom for rent in my garden flat in Croydon, just a 10 min walk from the town centre. Perfectly convenient if you work in London or at Croydon University Hospital.

I work from home for an environmental charity (1-2 days a week in the office), and am away often. When I am at home, I love sitting on the sofa and watching Traitors. Or in summer, sitting in the garden with a cold coffee.

I have two awesome cats, so you’d need to be a cat lover to live here. They’re pretty chilled too and generally follow me around the house or sit in their radiator beds in the hallway.

The flat itself is a period property, but it has all mod cons, including super fast broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. I like to keep things relatively clean and tidy but I have cats (and a life) so it’s impossible to be immaculate.

Looking for someone personable who would be happy to share cooking/sofa chats occasionally. Have a decent sized garden with a shed for any extra storage needs or hobbies you might have.
