A quiet place to live

I live in a lovely flat close to South Croydon station and about 10 min by bus to East and west Croydon station where you will find trains to London Bridge, London Victoria and Gatwick in just 20 min.

I have lived in the flat for 7 years and see the flat as my home so I am looking for someone who will maintain and take care of it as much as I do.

The flat has a living room, spar room that is used for storage, two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. With this lovely flat I have parking as well.

I am looking for someone to shar the flat with for a year (with possibility of extension). A professional who is tidy, clean, likes me time and respects the common areas.
Preferably looking for someone who works nights (4 on 4 off rota) however this is only a preference.

Rent including bills and internet is £975.
