East and West Croydon Station are just 10-15 minutes walk away. They can take you to central London in around 25 minutes.

The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils, cutlery and a washing machine. There is plenty of space in the kitchen cupboards. A new fridge/freezer has already been order, so there will be 2 fridge/freezers.

The garden is lovely to relax in and the rotary rack dries clothes very fast as it is directly under the sun.
