A lovely, peaceful, clean and tidy house, just 5 minutes walk from central Croydon, Church road.

With supermarkets, clothes shops, restaurants, just 9 minutes walk away, corner shops/quality takeaway just 1 minute away, Waddon train station just 10 minutes walk away - that will take you into central London in 30 minutes, this property is very convenient and accommodating.

Double room, with a large double bed. Large Smart TV on the wall (already logged into Netflix). Plenty of storage space in cupboards. 2 freshly cleaned duvets, 2 duvet covers, 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases, are provided and all freshly cleaned. A desk and chair. 2 atmospheric touch lights with 3 settings by the bedside and on the desk. The room has a lock.

I am your live-in landlord along with 1 more lodger. We are both working professionals. I am relaxed and friendly and only ask lodgers to clean up after themselves and to not be loud at night.

The house is on a quiet road, just 6 minutes walk from Church Street, central Croydon.

Waddon train station is just 9 minutes walk away, which can take you to London Bridge/Victoria in just 25 minutes.

East and West Croydon Station are just 10-15 minutes walk away. They can take you to central London in around 25 minutes.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all cooking utensils and cutlery, feel free to share them. There is a washing machine, and plenty of space in the cupboards for your goods.

You have your own fridge and freezer, to yourself. The lodger and landlord share a fridge and freezer between them.

The front room with the glass table is communal, feel free to dine there.

There is a bath and a shower. Feel free to have baths or showers as you wish.

There is a drier for clothes that we all share in the shared front room.

The garden is lovely to relax in and the rotary rack dries clothes fast as it is directly under the sun.

The current lodger is moving out on the 31st of January. Someone can move in the 3rd of February, giving me time to wash all duvets, pillows, bedding, and deep clean the room.

Discount can be made for payment upfront for intended period of stay. If anything were to change I can refund for any period of time that you did not pay to stay.
