This is a lovely, peaceful, clean, tidy, quaint house, just 5 minutes walk from central Croydon, Church road. With corner shops just 1 minute away at the bottom of the road, transport links within 10 minute walking distance, taking you into central London in 30 minutes, this property is very convenient and accommodating.

Someone can move in as soon as they prove their 3 previous payslips.

Single room, with a small double bed. Large Smart TV on the wall (already logged into Netflix). Storage space under the bed. 2 freshly cleaned duvets, 2 duvet covers, 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases, are provided and all freshly cleaned. A desk and chair and multi charge point provided. There are atmospheric touch lights with 3 settings by the bedside and on the desk. A lock on the door has been installed, I will upload a photo.

I am your live-in landlord along with 1 more lodger. We are both working professionals. I am relaxed and friendly and only ask my lodgers to clean up after themselves and not to be loud at night.

The house is on a quiet road, just 5 minutes walk away from Church Street, central Croydon.

Waddon train station is just 9 minutes walk away, which can take you to London Bridge/Victoria in just 25 minutes.

East and West Croydon Station are just 10-15 minutes walk away. They can take you to central London in around 25 minutes.

The kitchen is well equipped with all cooking utensils, cutlery and a washing machine. There is plenty of space in the kitchen cupboards for your goods. Feel free to use the plates, cutlery, cooking utensils.

The garden is lovely to relax in and the rotary rack dries clothes very fast as it is directly under the sun.

I have a drier for clothes that we all share in the shared front room.
