The flat is a 4 minute walking distance to retail shops such as: Sainsburys, M&S, Lidl, ALDI, TK Maxx, Hobby Craft, NEXT Homes.

The flat is also a 15 minute walk to a retail Park which has the Vue Cinema, Nandos and many more shops.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and responsible and is able to maintain a clean standard. The current flatmate is a woman who keeps very tidy.

Rent is £1900 per month (some bills are included for example, internet, CT & water). The bills exclude electric and heating. This will be £100 a month, based on the current two person usage.
