The flat is also a 15 minute walk to a retail Park which has the Vue Cinema, Nandos and many more shops.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and responsible and is able to maintain a clean standard. The current flatmate is a woman who keeps very tidy.

The Ensuite room is available from August 6th. The room with a private bathroom is available from Sept 3rd.

If you’d like to Rent the entire flat, the rent is £1900 per month (some bills are included for example, internet, CT & water). The bills exclude electric and heating. This will be £120 a month, based on the current two person usage.

If you’d like to rent as an individual. The en-suite room is £1100 and the double room with the private bathroom is £900. Bills would be £60 each.
