I’m a live in landlord, I work from home twice a week and looking for a tidy, considerate and friendly female flatmate. I have a double bedroom available for rent, the shared spaces are the open plan kitchen and living room, and the bathroom. However, I have an en suite in my room so I hardly use the shared bathroom space so will technically be all yours. £800 a month which includes all bills like utilities, broadband and council tax.
Your room includes a double bed with brand new mattress, a bed frame and a double clothes rail. The room is PARTIALLY furnished. You’re welcome to bring other furniture you might need but they must fit in the bedroom.
