A bathroom primarily for your use (occasionally shared)
Garden
One parking space for a roadworthy car
You’d be living with me — a friendly, respectful live-in landlord (I’m a Church of England priest), so this is both a home and a working vicarage. Use of reception rooms.
The study and your bedroom are for your exclusive use, so there’s quiet space to work or relax.
