Two double rooms available in a friendly 3 bed conversion flat. 7 min walk to Selhurst station and about a 15 min walk to East Croydon with great transport links to Central London.

The flat consists of separate kitchen / living room, 1 x toilet, 1 x bathroom with toilet, shared office space and a large garden with bbq and fire pit. One of the available rooms has double doors facing out onto the garden.

I am a live in landlord but will only be at the flat about 40% / 50% of the time. I work in ecommerce in London and enjoy yoga, cooking and travel.

Rooms are available from mid-September / early October but can be flexible.

Rent includes water, electricity, internet, council tax.
