Second Floor Refurbished Single Room

This quiet, modest room, on the second floor of a five-bedroom house, has a single bed with a wardrobe and desk facing the front of the house. The bathroom, with a shower, sink and toilet, is shared between one other tenant. There is a small space around the stairs with railings that can be used for drying clothes or general storage.

The kitchen is shared between two tenants and a family of three. My sister and I are at university so we may move back during the holidays for a few weeks. The garden space is also free to use. All bills are included.

The location is in a quiet residential area, and little to no night life. The nearest bus stops are a five-minute walk and there is free street parking. Most facilities are within a ten-minute drive away. Feel free to contact if you have any questions!
