Room in Spacious Flat – Private use for at least 3

Hi,

I’m looking for a young professional or a couple interested in a short-term rental of my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat, located just an 8-minute walk from East Croydon Station.

I’ll be travelling abroad for a few months and would like someone to rent the second room, which means you’ll essentially have the whole flat to yourself. The available room is currently unfurnished, but I’m happy to furnish it upon request. You would also have exclusive use of the guest bathroom.
