Rent & Terms:
💰 £1,210 pcm (all bills included except hot water)
💧 Hot water: approx £30 pp / month
🔒 Deposit: £1,096
📆 Minimum stay: until 14 July 2026 (9 months)
📝 Standard agency referencing process will be required for you to go through. :)
