The flat has a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) + washer/dryer and plenty of storage. One of the bedrooms is an en-suite so you’ll be sharing the main bathroom with one other person.

🛏 The room: Spacious with a large built-in wardrobe, double bed, two bedside tables, dresser, and a big window that brings in plenty of natural light.

There’s also a beautiful large wall mirror which I’m happy to sell for £100 (retail £300), or I can remove it before you move in.

A wall-mounted TV is currently installed. The TV bracket supports screens up to 34 inches and can either stay in place or be removed depending on your preference. Tv is not included.

Waddon Marsh Tram Stop (8 mins walk)

West Croydon Station and tram stop (10 mins walk – Overground to London Bridge & Victoria)
