Two rooms for rent in family home in Croydon

Hello, we have two rooms for rent at the back of our house in Croydon. The rooms are small and so offered to one person, one room fits a double bed and wardrobe and the other has a desk.
The rooms are bright, overlooking the garden and are quite private and separate to the rest of the house being at the back.
It is about equidistant to East Croydon, West Croydon and Selhurst train stations which can be done in about ten minutes at a brisk clip.
Bills are included with the rent so there is nothing else to pay.
Deposit of one month required.
