Two rooms for rent in family home in Croydon

Hello, we have two rooms for rent at the back of our house in Croydon.
One room is a double and the other is a single. The double room fits a double bed and wardrobe and the single has a desk.
The rooms are bright, overlooking the garden and are quite private and separate to the rest of the house being at the back.
It is about equidistant to East Croydon, West Croydon and Selhurst train stations which can be done in about ten minutes at a brisk clip.
Bills are included with the rent so there is nothing else to pay. We wish for one person to have both rooms and the rent for the two rooms is £750 per month.
The house is large, 4 bedrooms with a dining room, kitchen, utility room and large living room.
Deposit of one month required.
