Hi there! I’ve got a lovely spacious double room with a private en-suite available in my modern 2-bed ground floor flat near Wandle Park in Croydon. The flat is modern, cosy, and fully furnished to a high standard – perfect for someone looking for a clean, comfortable, secure and convenient place to call home.

The room is spacious, comes with a comfy king size bed with storage drawers underneath, 2 single built-in wardrobes, wall mounted side tables, and your own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The flat has an open-plan shared kitchen with all integrated appliances including electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, airfryer, etc, a utility room with a washer-dryer, a comfy living area, and a large shared terrace that’s great for relaxing with a cup of tea or cig.

All bills are included in the rent (£1,050 per month) – that covers electricity, water, heating, council tax, and high-speed full fibre internet. One month’s deposit and one month’s notice apply.

The location is super convenient — just a 3-minute walk to Wandle Park and its tram stop, around 20 minutes walk to West Croydon Station and 25 minutes to East Croydon Station. From there, you can reach London Bridge in 15 minutes, Clapham Junction in 10 minutes, and London Victoria in 15 minutes.

You’ll find loads of shops, cafés, and gyms nearby. Within a 5–10 minute walk there’s a huge Sainsbury’s with a fuel station, Costa, TK Maxx, Homesense, Decathlon, Lidl, Aldi, Adidas outlet, Next, Starbucks, and M&S. A short drive or 15-minute walk gets you to McDonald’s, Nando’s, Wingstop, Subway, Pizza Express and more along with stores such IKEA, Nike, B&Q, Boots, Dunelm etc and facilities like The Gym, Vue Cinema, and Tenpin Bowling – basically, everything you could possibly need.

I’m looking for a clean and respectful flatmate – cleanliness is really important to me to keep the place nice and tidy. The only house rule is no pork to be cooked or stored in the fridge, just out of personal preference.
